At the beginning of a project we work with our clients to write a detailed project specification clearly stating the costs involved to achieve identifiable milestones ensuring that all requirements are identified and included in the first instance.
On some occasions, clients are unsure or do not have a clear idea of the viability of their design project. We believe that it is beneficial in these circumstances to undertake a feasibility study to be able to get to the stage where a project specification can be defined. A low cost, one day study can often establish the economic viability if an idea to prohibit unnecessary funds being spent.
Project management is a priority. During the course of development, regular feedback on the progress is presented to clients thus ensuring that the project remains on track and any issues can be discussed. When the project reaches an agreed milestone, it is formally signed off with the clients.
Our electronic design process is clearly focussed on design for manufacture. We have the capability for both prototyping and production which allows us to offer a fast response at a reasonable cost to our clients.

We offer contract electronic assemblies focusing on small and medium batch sizes and offer a range of turnarounds from 3 working days upwards depending on the client’s requirements.
By focusing on small and medium batch sizes it allows us to create an efficient manufacturing environment by using the best appropriate technology within our bespoke manufacturing process.
The need to constantly process many different production batches enables us to maintain a large capacity to set up both new and repeat jobs and at the same time to continually refine our ability to do so effectively.
